View Titles Inside Kinetic 360

When independent dealers floor their vehicles with Kinetic Advantage, they will be able to view scanned images of their titles inside Kinetic 360. They will also be able to access real-time tracking and title location information, days the vehicle has been on their floorplan, payoff amount and more! Dealers can also view all title release history inside the portal.

Titles Are Secured Safely in the Kinetic Advantage Vault

Independent dealers don’t have to worry about keeping track of their titles when their inventory is on their Kinetic Advantage floorplan. All titles are scanned with a shipping envelope and assigned to a numbered folder that is stored in the vault at the Kinetic Advantage corporate office until that vehicle is paid off.

This prevents titles from getting misplaced or lost in transit so dealers don’t have to spend hours on the phone trying to track down the location of their titles. Another added benefit for dealers – if any of the information on the title is incorrect, Kinetic Advantage will process the title work at their request.

Titles Ship Automatically After a Vehicle is Paid Off

Once a vehicle has been paid off, the dealer does not have to request the title to be shipped out, as it will be automatically flagged inside Kinetic 360 to ship. Before the unit is paid off, if the dealer needs a title to be shipped to an auction or other location, the dealer can request so inside Kinetic 360.

All titles for vehicles that are paid off before 5:00 pm EST will be shipped out the same day. There is also no limit to the number of times a title can be shipped out.

Return Titles Quickly

Independent dealers can request an overnight FedEx shipping label in Kinetic 360 to return their titles. When you request Fast Funding or need to return a title during checkout – just process the request inside the Kinetic 360 portal.

Release Multiple Titles Easily

When you sell several vehicles on the same day you can release multiple titles in Kinetic 360 in just a few easy clicks. Independent dealers can simply click on the titles they want to release and enter the address to ship them to and Kinetic will handle the rest.
