On June 22, the final day of the conference, Kinetic Advantage’s SVP of Operations, Will Chandler, shared his expertise with attending dealers during a breakout session. His session, “How to Maximize Your Entry into an Economic Recovery,” provided attendees with valuable insights on the current state of the economy, the resulting impacts to the auto industry, and actionable steps they could take to ensure their business was prepared and ready to make the most of the eventual bounce-back of the economy.

At Kinetic, we are a floorplan provider who believes in establishing a partnership with our dealers and helping them to succeed; their success is our success. Chandler spoke to dealers about their expenses and headcount, how to evaluate their income statements, and even how to properly calculate holding costs. He wasn’t shy about getting into the weeds with dealers to help them feel confident about their business. At the end of his presentation, he offered attendees a one-on-one session to help them personalize their plan of action and set themselves up for success to execute.

Leaders from the Kinetic Operations and Sales organization were also on-site, networking and creating meaningful connections with dealers and industry experts alike during NIADA’s expo.
