Travis from ACV has always been very helpful and always on time. His continue support with working with my schedule as well as my inventory is greatly appreciated and certainly does not go unnoticed. We have been using ACV for years and at this point have bought hundreds if not thousands of cars from them. We floor with them, we buy with them, we sell with them, and we transport with them. They have somehow mastered every piece of that and are the best at everything they do! not only that but they are the only auction where I feel my reps genuinely care about how we are doing as a business and as people, they actively push us to become better. Even when we have had an issue everyone at this company from the bottom all the way to the top stopped at nothing to make sure that me and my business were taken care of first! They are prompt at responding and very easy to work with. Tim comes on time and I can't say enough about his work ethic. I want to share an experience I had with Zachary Rizzo as my ACV representative. Zack has been my rep for the best several months and I was not able to ever reach him which frustrated the heck out of me. He called me about a month ago and I shared my frustrations with not only him, but ACV as a whole. I put up what was not a glowing review and within a short amount of time, I received an email from Liv Graves, a Customer Experience Analyst. She shared my review and concerns with Zack. Zack called me with a sincere apology and explained how important working with his dealers was to him. He wanted an opportunity to make things right and I told him I was willing to give him the opportunity. He stepped up and showed me how good he good he is at his job. I am a realist, and I understand that ACV sells an enormous amount of vehicles. Even if their reps want to give that personal attention to their dealers its difficult to do so at every turn due to the volume of vehicles sold. I am pleased to say Zack redeemed himself and showed he does truly care for his dealers. My experience the past few days showed me that there are some really great employees at ACV. I expect the same level of service that I would give my customers. Thank you for stepping up.

I've been using ACV for a few years now and love it! I feel like the platform is user friendly and easy to navigate. Josh my local inspector takes pride in taking clear and accurate pictures of the vehicles and any of the damages they have to show potential buyers exactly what they are getting. The reps always hustle to close deals that didn't hit reserve, same day. Top notch service for my dealership.

Also with having 30+ years in the business purchasing vehicles I can confidently say Patty Vedella my territory manager is by far one of the best representatives for any auction chain that I’ve ever worked with! Auctions have definitely have an impact on how you shape our inventory. No auction is perfect. The pros have to out way the cons if I want to deal with them. Acv has definitely changed in the past few years. Some may say they are declining, and I can see why. One department at ACV that has impacted my dealerships experience is the arbitration department. Although, it’s subjective but has been fairly consistent with me. administrators such as Mrs. DellaNeve Makes you overlook the flaws the auction has. It forces you to deal with them rather happy. If you land one of such great manager such as her, it’ll erase the sour taste other departments may leave, and leave you satisfied, great attitude towards the whole auction at large.

I’ve been using ACV to sell our cars for many years now and they have been excellent!! I have NEVER had to arbitrate a single vehicle. I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition at ACV as a green light vehicle, to my disappointment vehicle had couple of issues that were expensive to repair on our own...Naturally I opened an Arbitration with an expectation that most likely I will end up on my own to deal with those issues...To my complete surprise my arbitration rep Matthew Lawniczak went above and beyond my expectations and made this (usually unpleasant) experience a breeze, I really felt that Matthew wanted to help and assist me with the issues that vehicle had. At the end We came to a reasonable resolution that I was satisfied with.. Matthew deserves 5 stars for his patience and willingness to work problems out. Great company! ACV has helped us maximize our wholesale and aged retail units. Our account manager Chris Mason comes to our store and takes the guess work out of wholesale. ACV removes the burden of having to deal with multiple wholesalers . The digital platform gives us access to thousands of wholesales and dealers competing for our business in an auction setting with ACV being the clearing house. Chris Mason gives us great customer service and we highly recommend him. If your not on ACV your not using all the tools you have at hand.

I've been buying from ACV since 2017, I tell everyone I know to purchase from them. In fact I purchase all of my wholesale inventory from them. I've used other auctions before and none of them even come close to ACV. I will never purchase any inventory from any other auction again. They provide detailed condition reports that make it so easy for me to purchase with zero stress. It's only common sense that I'd buy with ACV, they're the best!

I’ve had a ton of interactions with the inside sales reps trying to get units bought and sold. I have to give a big shout to my guy Travis Mueller. Doesn’t matter the hour of day or night. He will work in his quirky fashion to get deals done. Always gives you updates and honest answers. Usually good for laugh to along the way.

Out of all the auctions I have been active on this one gives me the least headaches. I can't say I haven't had any issues but they have always done what they can to make it right. ACV is a great inventory source. I no longer travel out of state to purchase vehicles because of the accuracy of the descriptions given on the vehicles. If a issue does arise the arbitration department has the quickest response time and the best adjustment - repair quote on the market. This is the best way I have found to purchase vehicles for our dealership.
